 We're chugging through January. 21st already. It doesn't look like a difficult day.....yet. One of my yesterday appointments re-scheduled until today so I'll do that this morning and this afternoon, I'll be reading the big book with a friend. We made arrangements to go to Tallahassee tonight so I baked cookies yesterday to bring out there tonight. For supper today, I'm marinating some ribs in water and liquid smoke. That should be tasty.
