 It snowed last night, which made today a snow day for a lot of people. I was outside at 7 a.m. shovelling. Whenever I do that type of physical activity, I have to remember I'm a few months short of seventy. I take lots of breaks. Still, it exhausted me to the point where I had to have a nap after supper. I talk a lot about having naps after supper but I rarely have one. Today, it was not just something I wanted to do, it was necessary.
