It pays to pay attention

I was doing some research earlier and an ad caught my eye. It talked about not being able to sleep on your side and wincing in pain when you reached for something on the top shelf. Rotating shoulder cup problems? Yeah, I got that. I read the article attached to the ad. Some doctor had developed a device, the hewelt something or other, that could eliminate that problem, without expensive pain meds or expensive cortisone shots or expensive surgeries. I'm thinking I'm in.

There was a time when I used to google stuff, now I use AI. I asked copilot about this hewelt device. AI seemed to be saying yes it works similar to a tens machine, so then I asked if a tens machine could relieve that pain and it was more sure about that. I thought, hell I already have a Doctor Ho tens machine, I use it to improve the circulation in my legs. It can also be used as a portable unit to relieve pain and increase circulation in other parts of the body. So, I'll be trying that. I used it for a bit tonight and that pain is still there, but it has lessened. the other device claims to start working in 7 days, so I'll use it for seven days and see how that goes.
