That's a quote from a book that I read a lot. It's how I start my day. as a friend of mine says, the days that I pray almost always turn out better than the days I don't.
I'm supposed to meet with someone today to have a conversation about prayer and meditation. Then, this evening I'm going to a meeting at a church in my neighbourhood. Both of those things will keep me connected to a power greater than myself.
